Relocation Specialist Certification, earned in 2004. Working with buyers and sellers who have been transferred to another area for their jobs and are on a time clock to either sell their home or buy a new one.
Council of Real Estate Specialist, earned in 2006, only 3% of brokers hold this certification nationally. The CRS designation is considered the most prestigious designation a real estate broker can achieve. CRS provides premier education, business and Networking Resources to Realtors and International real estate professionals held by top producers.
Accredited Buyer's Representative, earned in 2005, which further educates brokers about buyers needs.
Graduate Real Estate Institute, earned in 2004, this designation is for additional education to further my commitment to the real estate industry and to my clients.
Senior Real Estate Specialist, earned in 2008. This designation focuses on the senior person wanting to sell or buy their homes. It focuses on understanding and empathy for 50+ clients and customers who want/need to sell their homes and/or buy. Helpful advice on relocation to retirement homes with resources available to help the senior.
