More About Me

Meet Shirley Kinzer

Welcome to the little island where big things happen!

We are 20 minutes from Seattle, either by car ferry or foot ferry. Come and see this amazing gem that sits only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of big city life.

I would love to help you with your real estate interests and dreams.  Whether it be the search for the perfect home for you and your family or an investment in your future in this magical place.

Vashon Island has a population of 11,000.  Island living offers a more relaxed lifestyle.  Glorious natural wonders abound and are assessable by foot, boat, bike or kayak.

The island has a great variety of cultural events and a beautiful performance center that bigger cities would envy.  Artists and musicians are a big part of our vibrant community.  Volunteerism is a source of local pride and our school system is one of the finest in the state.  GO PIRATES!

I have over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and currently serve as a Managing Broker with Windermere Vashon.

Integrity, honesty and hard work are my core values. I have a strong commitment to client satisfaction and will always ensure you have the most up to date information.

I am a Master Gardener, belong to the Vashon-Maury Island Garden Club, Vashon Chamber of Commerce.  I volunteer at the Vashon Food bank distribution center and garden, and I help provide and serve meals to the hungry.

Our team at Windermere is committed to providing professional real estate services to our customers. Windermere has the largest real estate network in the West with brokers in nine states. The Windermere brokers contribute a portion of every sale to the Windermere Foundation, which in turn donates locally to the community.
